I cant wait to hear your hopes for the future and walk alongside you while we see what might be in the way. To honor the unique and genuine concerns each client presents, I have continued developed an approach that integrates and adapts my training and continued education in, EMDR, ACT informed ERP for OCD, IFS, Somatic and Mindfulness informed approaches, as well as Narrative, and Humanistic Therapy approaches.
