My goal in therapy is to help my clients see how their thoughts control their emotions and feelings, while gaining healthy coping skills. I have experience working with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, stress management, and life transitions. I support my clients on their healing journey to help them navigate thru life challenges, to calm their anxious mind, and find inner peace.
