My approach is client-centered helping you navigate life's challenges, fostering growth, healing, and resilience in a safe, supportive space.

Hello and welcome! My background is in school counseling and clinical mental health. I've been practicing for the past 7 years. My focus is on establishing a strong therapeutic relationship encompassing openness and trust. My approach is eclectic and client centered. I am a supportive, active listener challenging and guiding clients to create an abundant life worth living. I create a safe space where together we dive deep addressing root causes of issues. I help clients in acquiring tools to cope with life's challenges in order to build healthier strategies for life long healing. In my free time I enjoy being outdoors with my two pups, traveling, cooking, coffee shops, concerts, and spending time with friends and family.
