I am dedicated to fostering a supportive and nurturing environment to help you heal. I am accepting of backgrounds and identities.

Growing up is a time of triumphs and challenges. As a dedicated psychotherapist with over six years of experience, I am committed to helping individuals navigate these complexities with confidence and resilience. Specializing in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Brainspotting, and with additional training in CBT skills, I am passionate about guiding people of all ages and backgrounds towards mental well-being and personal growth. I hold a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) in Wisconsin. My approach is grounded in evidence-based practices, aimed at empowering clients to overcome challenges and foster positive change. By creating a supportive and accepting environment, I help individuals explore their experiences and emotions, taking essential steps toward healing and self-discovery.
