My practice, Haven Youth Counseling, provides a safe and supportive space for youth (including young adults) and families to heal, grow, and connect. My practice specializes in helping youth cope with stressors like depression, anxiety, trauma, immigration, ADHD and life transitions through compassionate, evidence-based therapy. The services are bilingual in English and Spanish. At Haven Youth Counseling , I believe every young person deserves a place where they feel seen, heard, and empowered to thrive. I see clients from ages 6-34 . I have been in practice for 11 years
