I specialize in Trauma-Informed Care, intimate partner violence (IPV) and substance use issues. You and I will collaborate, show up authentically and walk together towards your goals, healing and growth! I believe the therapeutic alliance to be a great source of healing that honors where you have been, where you are, and where you are going. I'm anti-racist, and the LGBTQIA+ community is deeply important to me, personally and professionally, and is a large part of who I serve. I embody love, care, and inclusivity and can't wait to share it with you and learn together! My person-centered worldview allows me to draw from several evidenced-based modalities, such as attachment theory, DBT, mindfulness and CBT, and is tailor-fit to you.
