Hi! Seattle Counseling and Wellness is a group practice made up of clinicians from all walks of life who are eager, excited, and skilled to work with you!

I work with youth, their caregivers, and adults individually (or with the system surrounding the youth). I have extensive training in providing dialectical behavior therapy. I thoroughly enjoy working with the emotionally passionate among us – rest assured, your emotions do not instill fear in me! If you are interested in discovering your "life worth living", I am here to assist and guide in making changes to pursue that vision. If you're not sure what that looks like, that's ok, there can be distractions and difficulties in various areas of life that we have to attend to, but we might not know *how* to attend to them or change them. The beauty of behavioral therapy and learning, practicing, and gaining mastery in our behavioral skills is that investment can have profound impacts on our mental health and resilience needed to address bigger picture, values-related goals. I believe commitment to social justice and acknowledgement of intersectionalities is a nonnegotiable in this work – I accept and welcome all individuals in my practice and consider it an honor and privilege to be considered to help you with your goals and mental wellbeing.
