I am an anxiety and trauma specialist and I want to help you feel more confident in your life.

Hello! I’m Katie Geiser, LPC CSAC (she/her) and I am a trained EMDR therapist and I specialize in helping people feel less anxious in their life. My clients tell me they appreciate my nonjudgmental, calm, easy to talk to demeanor. I am sometimes funny, sometimes sarcastic, and always gentle in our work together. I am also really really passionate about helping you through the difficulties you are facing. I’m proud to be in-network with major insurers like Aetna, Anthem, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Optum, Humana, Medicaid, Medicare, TriCare and regional plans such as Molina, Oscar, WellCare, UMR, Independence Blue Cross and WPS, making care more accessible. With over ten years of experience and a dual credential as both an LPC and CSAC, I support adults navigating anxiety, PTSD, postpartum depression and complex trauma through evidence-based approaches like EMDR, CBT, somatic and culturally sensitive therapy. I offer remote-only sessions via chat, voice, or video across Wisconsin, creating flexibility for scheduling and location. I welcome folks from diverse identities—including LGBTQIA+ clients, people of color, bisexual, non‑binary, trans, queer, and HIV‑allied communities—and aim to hold a space that feels affirming and inclusive.
