Therapy provides a safe and collaborative space for growth. Affirming therapist specializing in treatment of eating disorders, anxiety, depression.

Psychotherapy provides an opportunity to navigate the difficulties we all face throughout life! I provide individual and family therapy for eating disorders as well as depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders, grief and loss, relational issues, and identity exploration. College is a pivotal time for growth and change. Working with college students through an authentic therapeutic relationship to navigate the college years has always been a highlight of my work as a therapist.
