I might be the right fit for you if you've ever struggled to accept yourself, and are looking for a space to feel heard and grow.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Board Certified Art Therapist who sees adults and teens. I specialize in eating disorders, trauma, anxiety, depression, self-harm and grief. I am passionate about helping clients renew their relationship with their body with a Health at Every Size approach. I support clients through a blended approach of art therapy, counseling, psychoeducation, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). While art making is not required to participate in therapy, I believe using the creative arts promotes emotional regulation and unlocks and heals parts of ourselves. Whether you are seeking therapy for yourself or your teen, I look forward to supporting you in cultivating a life that brings joy and peace.
