Arizona telehealth for adult ADHD evaluations, OCD medication management, and help when medications haven’t worked well.

I’m Kathryn Montierth, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC, an ASU alum and board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. At Yarrow Behavioral Health PLLC, I provide telehealth psychiatric evaluations and medication management for patients across Arizona. I work with ADHD, anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma-related symptoms, bipolar disorder, sleep concerns, and medication-related issues, including times when treatment has felt confusing, incomplete, or just hasn’t worked as well as you hoped. My style is warm, practical, and collaborative. I want to understand the full picture: what you’re dealing with now, what your history looks like, what has or hasn’t helped before, and how all of it is affecting school, work, relationships, sleep, and day-to-day life. I’ll explain your options in plain language so you understand what we’re treating, why a medication might help, and what to expect next. I don’t believe in making changes just for the sake of making changes. Before becoming a psychiatric nurse practitioner, I spent 14 years as a nurse in psychiatric crisis care, inpatient behavioral health, neurology, and acute medical settings. That experience taught me to look at the whole person, not just a diagnosis or a list of symptoms. I also know college life can be a lot. Classes, work, clinicals, internships, relationships, family responsibilities, and trying to sleep somewhere in the middle of all of it can make it hard to prioritize your mental health. That’s one reason I offer early-morning and weekend telehealth appointments. My practice is focused on medication management, and I’m happy to work alongside your therapist, primary care provider, or other members of your care team when appropriate and with your permission. I want appointments to feel comfortable, respectful, and useful. My goal is for you to leave each visit feeling heard and with a clear plan for what comes next.
