Kathryn (Katy) Hartnett Boruff

Hello! I'm Katy and I specialize in working with young adults. I began my career in college counseling centers and I've been working with college students for almost 20 years. Most people seek me out for my experience in working with young adults and because they seek a counselor who they feel can understand them and their individual concerns. I provide a new, different approach that you may have never tried before, Gestalt Therapy. Gestalt therapy supports you to get curious about what is happening in your life. When we learn to become more aware of our current experience, the door opens to creating insight and making changes and on expanding your options for yourself, more than you thought could be possible. We’ll really be slowing down and paying attention to what is happening for you in your moment-to-moment experience and to help you make contact with your full emotional landscape.
