I have been practicing since 2019 as a social worker and have particular experience working with mood disorders, substance use disorders, eating disorders, OCD, and trauma. I am also a yoga instructor, and I love incorporating the mind-body connection into therapeutic work. I hope to honor your courage, wisdom, and dignity by offering you as many choices as possible for healing. I welcome clients of all backgrounds and identities into my practice.
