With over 20 years of experience as a Licensed Professional Counselor, she supports teens, young adults, adults, and seniors through major transitions, relationship issues, and daily stressors. Kathryn is deeply committed to helping individuals heal from trauma, including PTSD and domestic abuse, utilizing a trauma-informed lens to help clients build resilience and reclaim their personal power. Her clinical expertise also extends to treating ADHD, anxiety, and depression, where she focuses on helping patients manage overwhelming thoughts and develop healthier coping mechanisms.
