I specialize in anxiety, depression, bipolar and other mood disorders, borderline personality disorder, trauma and PTSD, ADHD, and psychosis.

If you look like you have it together on the outside but feel overwhelmed, exhausted, or unlike yourself on the inside, you are not alone. Anxiety can feel like a constant mental load, racing thoughts, and a body that will not fully settle. Depression can show up as numbness, irritability, low motivation, and fatigue that rest does not fix. Mood disorders like bipolar disorder can create exhausting swings between feeling “on” and then crashing, and it can be hard to tell when something is stress, burnout, PMDD, or a true mood episode. If any of this sounds familiar, you deserve care that takes your whole life into account and helps you feel more in control again. As a psychiatric nurse practitioner, I provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and therapy for adults. I specialize in anxiety, depression, bipolar and other mood disorders, borderline personality disorder, trauma and PTSD, ADHD, psychosis, and related concerns that can affect sleep, focus, relationships, and day-to-day functioning. Medication can help treat symptoms, and therapy can help treat the patterns and behaviors behind these symptoms. Together, we can work to change negative thought patterns, build coping skills, and understand yourself, while also addressing the biological, psychological, and social factors influencing what you are experiencing. I want you to know you will be met with a non-judgmental, supportive space. My goal is to understand your experiences and practice collaboratively. We make decisions together, and I will always explain options, risks, and benefits so you feel empowered in your care. I am passionate about educating and empowering patients because when you understand your condition and treatment options, you can feel more in control and more engaged in your healing process. My goal is to help each patient find success in their mental health journey, with care that is tailored to what truly matters to you.
