My top priority is to ensure effective therapeutic treatment, while providing a compassionate, trusting, and non-judgmental environment for everyone.

I have a true passion for helping people of all ages build on their inner strengths and break free from negative thought and behavior patterns that get in the way of living a healthy balanced life. I use an integrative framework, drawing from EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and other treatment approaches, tailored to meet each person where they are at in their own unique journey towards growth and healing. I have a special interest in anxiety disorders, grief, life transitions, and attachment focused trauma treatment. I am also a MN Board Approved LPCC Supervisor.
