I have been a therapist for 20+ years. I enjoy working with Undergrads and Grad Students, especially medical students/residents. I specialize in the treatment of eating disorders and also work commonly with anxiety, depression, and relational difficulties. I see individuals and couples, and use CBT, psychodynamic, and relational therapy models. My therapy style is warm and direct. My Chapel Hill office is about 15 minutes from Duke. I have some sliding scale fee spots for students. I am an out of network provider but do provide documentation for insurance filing.
