Hi! I'm Kate (she/her), it's nice to meet you! I'm ADHD, queer, and a domestic violence survivor, so I have made these my specialties as a therapist. I'm obsessed with learning about all of these things, so I have certification as an ADHD-CCSP (Certified Clinical Services Professional), Domestic Violence Training, and I've taken tons of queer and trans trainings. My therapy style is direct, warm, and real. I'll laugh with you, cry with you, and be a real human, while keeping the session focused on you and what you want to talk about. Sometimes we'll process trauma, and sometimes we'll process the trauma from the state of the world. … I do therapy, ADHD and Autism Assessments, and gender-affirming letters. I also wrote a book and workbook, Rose Colored Glasses and the Healing from Toxic Relationship workbook, to help people heal from toxic relationships, emotional and narcissistic abuse, and domestic violence.
