Hi! I'm a queer ADHD therapist helping students master ADHD, succeed in school, and launch careers, gender-affirming letters & ADHD andAutism assessments.

Hi! It's nice to meet you! I'm Kate (she/her), and I'm ADHD and pan. :) I do ADHD and Autism Assessments, and gender-affirming letters! I love to work with fellow ADHDers! I want to help you recognize your unique strengths, and how to organize your life so it works with your brain, not against it. I love helping people with writing memoirs, academic and career counseling, and for starting new businesses! Being ADHD can be hard, it truly is a disability. But there's also so many gifts! Let's bring out your gifts so you can create a life you love! I also wrote Rose Colored Glasses, part memoir, part guide, to help people heal from toxic relationships. I love helping people write their stories too, in a gentle, compassionate way, to help further heal from past experiences. <3 Rose Colored Glasses came out October 2! Rose Colored Glasses teaches about toxic relationships through story, with psychological explanations. Available everywhere, including Amazon and Kindle Unlimited!
