A comforting, warm environment to help you reach a better quality of life.
Welcome! It’s an honor for me to provide guidance for those who struggle with mental health. I find that continuing to improve my practice while remaining humble helps my clients feel they are receiving quality care. It’s one of my top priorities to uphold strong ethical standards so my clients feel safe and comfortable. I use an eclectic array of evidence-based practices to ensure my treatment methods are person-centered including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma Focused and Informed Therapy, Reality Therapy, Emotion Focused Therapy, and more. I have extensive experience treating those who struggle with a history of trauma, substance abuse/addiction, self-esteem, anger, eating disorders, bipolar, depression, anxiety, interpersonal challenges, and more. I'd be thrilled to help you work on any challenges you face so that you can establish a happier, healthier life.
