I find that continuing to improve my practice while remaining humble helps my clients feel they are receiving quality care. I have extensive experience treating those who struggle with a history of trauma, substance abuse/addiction, self-esteem, anger, eating disorders, bipolar, depression, anxiety, interpersonal challenges, and more.
