I am dedicated to supporting adolescents and emerging adults on their journey toward mental well-being. My practice is inclusive and adaptable, welcoming individuals from diverse backgrounds. With a wealth of experience addressing a variety of concerns—including anxiety, mood disorders, psychotic disorders, behavioral challenges, cognitive issues, and social difficulties—I tailor my approach to meet each client's unique needs. In my therapeutic work, I utilize a range of evidence-based approaches, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). My goal is to empower clients to build resilience and achieve meaningful change in their lives. I view the therapeutic relationship as a collaborative effort, focusing on goal-setting, skill development, crisis support, and celebrating milestones—both big and small. I strive to create a warm, safe, and welcoming environment that fosters trust and personal growth.
