Asking for help can be a very challenging yet impactful experience for any individual. This sentiment is why I obtained my M.S. in Clinical Psychology at Benedictine University to become a mental health professional. My time working in the field has built my passion for helping adults throughout their lifespan. I have experience working with anxiety disorders, mood dysregulation, behavioral issues, and various social challenges. From our first session together, I strive to create a safe and welcoming space to address your concerns. We also collaborate on creating a treatment plan that will best serve your individual needs. My therapeutic approach is based on the principles of person-centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy.
