I am passionate about approaching therapy from a nonjudgmental, empathetic, and collaborative perspective.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in North Carolina. I began my career at Veritas Collaborative in 2021 and have experience working with individuals with multiple types of eating disorder diagnoses across various levels of care. In addition to specializing in the treatment of eating disorders, I am also interested in treating co-occurring disorders such as anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder (BPD), and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). I am passionate about approaching therapy from a nonjudgmental, empathetic, and collaborative perspective, utilizing a combination of dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and acceptance and commitment Therapy (ACT). I particularly enjoy working with adults, and am able to provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy to clients ages 10+.
