Our Generations Inc. is an outpatient mental health clinic that offers culturally specific services for communities of color.

Katelyn has been working in Behavioral Health for 9 years, with experience in higher education, emergency departments, residential crisis units, community settings, and outpatient settings. Her work has been mainly with adults, and she has extensive experience with people in crisis and in culturally specialized programs. Her primary treated modalities are Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Seeking Safety, Mindfulness, and Integrative Therapy techniques. She specializes in Substance Use Disorder treatment, with an emphasis on distress tolerance and emotional regulation. She is LGBTQIA2S+ friendly!
