Specializing in the treatment of eating disorders, body image, weight management, sports nutrition, GI health, and complex chronic illness.

Offering consultation for eating disorders, sports nutrition, weight management, body image, GI health, chronic illness, and more. As a child, my profound interest in nutrition and health developed after a serious battle with anorexia at the age of 11. During recovery, my experience set me on a straight path towards learning everything I could about health and wellness. I was intrigued by the complex, yet perfectly functional relationships that existed in the human body. Through weight lifting and exercise I learned to value human strength and kinetics, and from that derived a greater sense of self-esteem, and body image awareness.
