Support for college students navigating stress, anxiety, and life changes. A warm, safe space to talk, grow, and feel understood. You’re not alone.

I’ve been practicing since 2009, and over the years I’ve developed a deep appreciation for working with young adults, especially college students navigating one of the most transformative periods of their lives. This stage often brings excitement and growth, but also stress, uncertainty, and pressure to meet expectations—both internal and external. My goal is to provide a supportive space where you can pause, reflect, and feel truly heard. I’m passionate about creating a warm, welcoming, and nonjudgmental environment where you can show up exactly as you are. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, academic stress, relationship challenges, family dynamics, or simply feeling overwhelmed, we will work together to better understand your experiences and develop practical tools that support your well-being. I believe therapy should feel collaborative and empowering. My approach is centered on building a genuine connection, helping you gain insight, strengthen coping skills, and feel more confident navigating life’s ups and downs. I strive to meet you where you are, honoring your unique story, culture, and values. Reaching out for support can feel like a big step, but you don’t have to go through things alone. My mission is to help you feel supported, understood, and equipped to move forward with greater clarity and resilience.
