Kat Grimes

Hi, I’m Kat! I deeply believe in the power of relationship in the journey that is healing. We can’t do it alone. Therapy is a place to create a safe, therapeutic relationship to begin the healing. I know that I love the work I do because many evenings on my drive home after a day of seeing clients, I feel immensely honored and humbled to be a small part in my clients lives. I particularly enjoy helping those who may have a trauma history, are having issues in relationships, and/or ongoing maladaptive behaviors.
