I help young adult men and couples who seem put-together but feel burnout, anxiety, and disconnection.

I work with couples, men, and emerging adults who look like they 'have it all together' but feel the weight of keeping it that way. Maybe burnout, people-pleasing, or disconnection has crept into your life. You’re driven and care deeply, yet you’re exhausted from trying to do everything right. The stress, anxiety, and self-doubt from these experiences can make it hard to feel steady or close with yourself or the people you care about most. I help clients slow down, untangle old patterns, and rebuild a sense of steadiness at work, in their relationships, and within themselves, so life feels authentic and manageable. My approach is tailored to each person and the challenges they bring. I focus on how your experiences and relationships shape how you see yourself and others. Using family systems theory, EFT, CBT, and narrative therapy, we’ll explore patterns that keep you stuck, strengthen how you cope and connect, and work toward change that feels authentic and rooted. I’d be honored to support you or your relationship in this season of life. I hold space for both the comfortable and uncomfortable, the seen and unseen. Your life is filled with experiences worth exploring, and I’m here to help you make sense of them with care and curiosity. I look forward to hearing from you.
