I welcome clients who are seeking support, guidance, and assistance in taking control over their lives after trauma.

I am looking forward to meeting you! If you are feeling stuck or just not your best self due to addiction, trauma, anxiety, and/or ADHD, life can feel overwhelming. Meeting with a therapist does not mean you can't do it on your own, it means you want more tools in your toolbelt to start feeling better. I view myself as a small part of your healing journey.

Utilizing the brain's ability to change and adapt, we use bilateral stimulation (back and forth motions of different kinds) to activate the brain and update traumatic or painful memories. EMDR also focuses on beliefs we form as a result of traumas. Once we identify these core beliefs, we can choose more positive ones that better serve us when we think back to those memories.
