Karla Gossens

Hi, I'm Karla! I've worked with college students since the start of my career and understand how stressful balance college and the rest of life can be. I have a passion for people who are struggling with perfectionism and healthy boundaries, and I've walked with many people as they've started to face difficult aspects of their past or present. I specialize in working with healthy boundaries and attachment, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and trauma. I also have experience working with students who have a connection with Christianity, who desire to discuss their faith or with people questioning their beliefs and are starting to deconstruction unhealthy connections with strict religion (no bible thumping or shame here!).
