Psychologist
Working with patients in individual and sometimes group psychotherapy at that intersection of what is known (in our awareness) and what is unknown to us.
I come from a contemporary psychoanalytic perspective, which simply means that we will think about, those things that are mystifying and confusing about your self. Together we're investigating those questions and ideas around "Why do I do that?", "Why is this a pattern in my life?", "I don't understand why I am this way." We will focus on building trust and collaboration while understanding your history and how your history impacts your life today. Some ways in which this could look: playing with your dreams to understand more clearly what's on your mind and/or talking more about our working relationship and how you feel in the moment, as an avenue to understanding other patterns in your relationships.
