I have 16 years of experience helping adults who have struggled with not knowing where to turn next, feel overwhelmed and like they can't catch a break. Clients who struggle to say no and don't understand why they can't or why they feel guilty when they do. I offer therapy sessions in-person and online via video. I'm available Tuesday-Friday.
