My desire is to help my clients grow emotionally, spiritually and behaviorally from a Christian perspective.

Are you confused and don't know where to turn next? Are you overwhelmed and feel like you can't catch a break? Do you feel guilty for saying no to friends and family. Do you get angry, cry or "fall apart" for what seems to be no reason? Let me help you start your journey toward health and healing. I have 16 years of experience helping adults who have struggled with not knowing where to turn next, feel overwhelmed and like they can't catch a break. Clients who struggle to say no and don't understand why they can't or why they feel guilty when they do. I offer therapy sessions in-person and online via video. I'm available Tuesday-Friday. I am trained in Brainspotting and am working toward certification. Please reach out to me via email or phone to set up a 15minute consult so we can see if we are a good fit.
