I am located off of the downtown Fayetteville Square. I am an open and affirming clinician, here to help you reach your identified goals.

I am a Licensed Certified Social Worker with a background in medical social work, higher education, and outpatient therapy. I have worked in a variety of mental health settings, as far back as 2006, as a technician to case manager and now as a master's level practitioner. My therapeutic philosophy involves a mix of compassion and assertiveness. I want to help you process and actively work toward your goals. I utilize a variety of therapeutic frameworks with my primary being CBT. I am not afraid to have open and difficult conversations that may surround challenging relationships, trauma, loss, reflection on sense of self, personal growth and/or any focus area that brings you to therapy. Kari Spears offers individual therapy in Fayetteville, AR, and online therapy across Arkansas. She has 10 years of experience treating anxiety, ADHD, depression, trauma, and more. Kari serves adults, seniors, and young adults and is an LGBTQ-affirming therapist. She accepts SANA Benefits, Ambetter, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Health Advantage, Qual Choice, UMR, and United HealthCare, with payment options including sliding scale and out-of-pocket.
