I am confident that you will gain a greater awareness and find the strength to make meaningful life changes.
I believe there is hope for people to feel less overwhelmed, depressed, and anxious, by making positive changes in their lives and relationships. Everyone can use help in overcoming life's challenges. I believe it is my job as a counselor to offer a non-judgmental, confidential environment to explore thoughts and feelings and find new methods to cope in order to live a fuller, more enriching life. I enjoy working with clients to enhance family relationships and individual growth. I have experience with mood disorders, anxiety disorders, trauma issues and academic issues. I provide a counseling environment that is warm, collaborative, and designed to foster healing and growth. I am confident that you will gain a greater awareness and find the strength to make meaningful life changes. I will approach our interactions with respect, genuine interest, and an open mind.
