30 years in practice

I am a licensed therapist with over 30 years experience helping others heal. I look forward to helping you achieve your goals.

I am a licensed therapist who has had the privilege of working with adolescents and adults for over thirty years. I work individuals who have been diagnosed with mild disorders, severely emotionally disturbed, chronic or severe mental illness. I have worked in an array of settings, including outpatient settings, school based, and residential care facilities. In these various settings, I’ve had the opportunity to assist clients with managing symptoms ranging from anxiety, depression, anger management, mood disorders, dementia, auditory hallucinations, and paranoid thoughts to behavioral problems, maladaptive sexual behaviors, criminogenic thoughts and behaviors to sexual offenses. I am trained in working with trauma which brings an array of emotions that can be difficult to articulate. I combine my trainings and understanding of behavioral and mental health, with your experiences and needs to create a beneficial and progressive therapeutic relationship. I’m a therapist who is committed to helping my clients rediscover (or discover) their potential to live happier and more fulfilled lives. I believe in taking a collaborative approach to helping clients reach their goals, and my personal style of therapy is warm, accepting, honest, but very straight forward.
