Hello! I'm so glad you're here. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, or more complex mental health challenges, you're not alone. I’m Karen Lavieri, a dual-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health and Family Nurse Practitioner with over 20 years of experience in health care in general. I have experience as a primary care and mental health provider. My approach to treatment is holistic and personalized. I look at the whole person, not just symptoms. Together, we’ll work to understand the root of your concerns and create a plan that supports both your mental and physical well-being. Healing starts with being seen, heard, and understood and that’s what I’m here to offer. My practice is grounded in cultural sensitivity, trauma-informed care, and a deep commitment to underserved communities. My integrative approach ensures each patient receives thoughtful, whole-person care that promotes long-term healing and well-being.
