I utilize a variety of evidence-based interventions to best meet the personalized therapeutic needs of each individual. I will walk beside you in finding your way. Healing and change integration demand active engagement and intention, not just the passage of time. Together, we can discover your whole person needs and collaboratively work towards reconciliation. Through empowerment and empathetic support, it is possible to feel whole again. I am a Licensed Certified Social Worker with Advanced Certification in Hospice and Palliative Care. I am an EMDR trained, Safe and Sound Protocol Certified, Polyvagal Informed therapist.
