With over 20 years of clinical experience as a Cognitive Behavioral Therapist, I specialize in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Mindful Awareness in Body-Oriented Therapy (MABT). I work with adults (18 years and older), using evidence-based practices informed by attachment theory and a family systems approach. My treatment focus includes mood disorders, depression, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, and intercultural issues. I collaborate closely with each client to establish personalized goals that reflect their unique needs. My practice warmly welcomes individuals from all backgrounds, identities, and walks of life.
