Hello and welcome! I work with clients of all ages, and enjoy the process of working together to find what works for you.

Hello! I first want to take a second and applaud you, because reaching out to a therapist can be one of the most difficult but rewarding processes. Taking the next step on this journey can be difficult, but having the support and perspective of an empathetic therapist can make all the difference. Creating an environment that allows clients to feel safe and comfortable, while also feeling heard and respected is crucial to the relationship we build. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, self-esteem, life changes, or self-image, I want to assist and join you on your new path. I examine clients through a Humanistic Psychology lense, focusing on the person as a whole rather than just the symptoms you may be facing. Additionally, I enjoy utilizing CBT with clients and often incorporate mindfulness skills and techniques, but will incorporate aspects of DBT and other approaches. I have experience working with a variety of ages, life experiences, and symptoms. I look forward to potentially being a part of your journey and working together.
