I look forward to working together to shed light on your strengths, increase self-understanding, and empower you through any hardships.

I believe anybody can benefit from having somebody to talk to. Whether it be daily life stress, deeper traumas you have endured, or anything in between, my role is to be here as a resource for you in your therapeutic journey. My approach to counseling can be described as eclectic, taking the approaches that make the most sense for each individual. I have experience utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), helping clients make sense of the connections between our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. I also have experience utilizing Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), which focuses on learning and implementing skills such as mindfulness, interpersonal effectiveness, distress tolerance, and emotional regulation. My training is grounded in a trauma-informed lens that emphasizes an understanding of how our life experiences impact us daily, providing a comforting and non-judgemental space for exploration of these sensitive topics. Along with these evidence-based practices, I utilize a person-centered approach in which I believe you are the expert of your life.
