I currently have openings and would be happy to chat with you to see if we're a good fit to work together.

Do you often put others' wants, feelings & needs before your own? I specialize in helping women and queer folks who struggle in this area, even if from the outside it looks like you've got it all together and everything's fine. You and I can work together to help you better understand the patterns in your life and develop tools to make it through challenging moments, as well as tools to move you towards the patterns you want to create. I can help you move from being stressed and settling for less to showing up confidently and going for what you really want. I believe therapy is a creative process and I encourage my clients to bring their sense of humor to sessions. My approach is authentic and down to earth. While I have education and training in psychotherapy and human behavior, you are the expert on you. I am less focused on diagnosis and more interested in your experience of the world, but the traditional diagnoses I often work with include anxiety, depression, trauma/PTSD, and ADHD. Up until now you've been doing the best you can with what you have. So let’s give you more to work with. I can give you practical skills and tools to understand your emotions, manage stress/anxiety, address unresolved trauma and help you gain greater insight about what's important to you and who you want to be so that you can be your authentic, unique self.
