Hi there! I'm a therapist that specializes in seeing young adults struggling with life transitions, anxiety, depression, and identity questions.
I'm looking forward to working together. I'm a LMFT and have been seeing clients for 10 years in different environments. I love working with college students and young adults, and I utilize an integrative approach - I don't believe therapy is a one size fits all experience for everyone. I specialize working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, and questions surrounding identity and "Who am I?"
