(She/Her/Hers)
Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)
As your therapist, I see myself as a guide and my approach is very much strength-based and person-centered.
You don't have to go through life's challenges and trauma alone! We are in this together. Not only as a therapist but as a fellow human, I can relate to how brutal life can be and I am here to help. As your therapist, I believe that “every person is unique and, therefore, everyone’s view of their own world, and their ability to manage it, should be trusted” -Carl Rogers. I lead with curiosity and see you, the client, as expert of your life and experience. My approach is designed to validate your experience and help you reveal your inner strength and gain awareness so that you can finally heal and recover from traumas that are keeping you stuck. These interventions are the catalyst to growth and hold transformative power. Once you can recognize the patterns that keep you stuck and interfere with your life, we can work to change them and break out of the toxic cycle that you have been a prisoner of because of past traumas (both conscious and unconscious). Your pain will be transformed, and you will gain a new level of insight and awareness that will provide you with the traction you need to find freedom, peace, and live a fulfilling life.
