Kailey Buck

I am a licensed professional counselor who believes that we are all capable of change and am passionate about helping empower individuals to live their most genuine lives. I am an experienced therapist who earned my master's degree in clinical mental health counseling from the University of Arkansas and have focused much of my learned career experiences and training on trauma informed care and attachment to help create a sense of felt safety and understanding in a space that feels authentic while challenging. Sitting in vulnerability and big feelings can require bravery and significant internal motivation and my goal is to help foster your inner resilience and shed the weight of trauma and stressors that inhibit you from living your most satisfied life. I aim to walk beside you in your path to healing while utilizing creative approaches such as talk therapy, sand tray therapy, expressive arts, EMDR, and play therapy that are suitable and allow me to be equipped to help all ages.
