I am a non-binary therapist who enjoys working with people in LGBT+ communities and people who've experienced trauma to support them in many areas.

I think of therapy as a collaborative space to foster curiosity, openness, genuineness, and growth in areas that you would like to focus on. In order to achieve this, I value transparency and centering your desires. I am particularly dedicated to I am dedicated to working with queer, trans, non-binary, and gender expansive clients as well as to working with people who have experienced challenges in close relationships or trauma, including through systems of oppression. I enjoy providing support in a range of areas such as exploring relationships, addressing anxiety or depression, understanding and experiencing healing around past trauma, fleshing out identity, purpose, and belonging in the world, and working with borderline features. I practice in a way that is anti-racist, anti-oppressive, affirming of neurodivergent people, body positive, and affirming of polyam relationships and kink practices. I primarily use internal family systems (IFS), an evidence-based approach allowing for a deeper and more compassionate connection with different aspects of our experience; this leads to greater clarity about your experiences as well as to profound change grounded in your own readiness.
