Creating a supportive space where Olympic athletes explore, grow, and transform challenges into strength for peak performance and life.

Living in today’s “fast paced” society with multiple commitments and little time is causing individuals to struggle with depression, anxiety, and other difficult emotional states more than ever before in our nation’s history. These emotional states can leave one feeling overwhelmed and out of control. Even the strongest support system of friends and family with their best intentions may not be equipped with the skills to help you get your life back on track. Coming to counseling is an incredibly brave and important step that one takes to facilitate the process of change. I create a warm and comfortable “space” to help clients explore, examine, and work through their most important life problems. I strongly feel that connecting with a client is a critical component of the counseling process. I believe that one must gain introspection into oneself and one’s behavioral patterns in order to make positive and lasting life changes. Working as a team we can explore your issues and meet your counseling needs.
