I look forward to meeting you. I work with clients ages 13 through older adult. I work with clients with needs for processing trauma, anxiety, depression, personality disorders, and life stressors. Whether it is for processing trauma or restructuring negative thinking patters, we will work together to create goals to fit your needs to improve your mental well-being.
