I am part of a team of highly qualified counselors in Wilmington, Raleigh, Wake Forest, Cary, and Rolesville, NC. We offer virtual counseling services across the state of NC, and in-person counseling in 5 locations. Our practice provides a variety of counseling, testing, and coaching services to support your mental, physical, and social health. Our professional counselors support children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. We treat primarily ADHD, anxiety, and depression through a variety of treatment modalities including EMDR, play, art, and yoga therapy, DBT, and CBT. We provide various psychological testing, ADHD testing, pre-marital testing, and Career assessment. We have put together a team of therapists with a variety of specializations in order to ensure that our patients have access to world-class expert care.
