30 years in practice

With 30 years of experience helping clients with anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and relationships, I believe change is possible.

Therapy is about making a personal connection for change. Whether you're seeking help for yourself, your child or your family, we will take a collaborative approach to reaching your goals. I work with individuals and families to identify problems and find possibilities to improve quality of life, relationships, and functioning. It is a privilege for me to participate in my clients' efforts to grow, change unproductive patterns, and build healthier, more satisfying lives. Whether a person suffers from anxiety, depression, traumatic experiences, loss, or simply needs help navigating life's transitions, the relationship built in therapy allows for understanding and transformation to take place. I am committed to helping clients learn coping skills to manage the stressors of daily life and believe identifying and initiating small shifts in thought, feelings and behavior lead to healthier patterns of living. With 30 years of experience helping clients with anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and relationships, I believe change is possible and with therapy people can and do get better. Finding the right fit is critical and I offer a free 15 minute consult to help with that process.
