Hi, my name is Julie. I have worked with individuals and couples seeking to cope with a variety of challenges. Areas that I specialize in are anxiety disorders, trauma, and new transitions. I am trained in phase 1 & 2 of Brainspotting and in EMDR. These techniques help us process into the subcortical levels of our brain to experience deeper and longer lasting healing. I am available to provide a Christian counseling perspective, but I love working with clients from any walk of life.
