Julie Hardman
(She/Her/Hers)
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
I work with women 21+ who are looking for ways to manage living with anxiety, depression, chronic illness or pain. LGBTQIA+ ally and safe space. π³οΈβπ
I counsel women ages 21+ living with anxiety, depression, chronic pain and illness, relationship issues, trauma, work stress, major life transitions, grief and loss, health changes, creative exploration. I am an ally of the LGBTQIA+ community. My style is warm and easygoing, empathic and supportive; coupled with humor and authenticity. As someone who lives with the triad of chronic pain/illness, anxiety and depression, I am compelled to help others find ways of being in the world that honor their values and beliefs while cultivating meaningful, loving relationships with others. I practice from a humanistic perspective and use processes of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to facilitate useful change. I believe the therapeutic relationship is of most importance, regardless of intervention and you will always be honored with respect and confidentiality.
