I enjoy working with motivated clients struggling with anxiety, phobias and OCD. I also see adult ND clients working on depression and/or anxiety.

I am a clinically licensed practitioner meaning I have advanced to working independently and can supervise others. As you search for the right fit for you, it is recommended finding someone who has these credentials. Experience is important in this field. I enjoy seeing individuals and couples working on anxiety, OCD, phobias, neurodivergent issues and relational issues. My approach is strengths-based and CBT informed. The longer I’ve done this work, the more strongly I believe in identifying emotions (they drive every decision we make!). I hope to be there with you to understand your struggles, empathize with you through the hard times, help you in seeking solutions and to smile and laugh with you during those moments of joy.
